Photosynthesis is the photos of tiger woods siblings process by which plants, some bacteria, and some protistans use the energy from sunlight to produce sugar, which cellular respiration converts into ATP, the "fuel" used by all living things. The conversion of unusable sunlight energy into usable chemical energy, is associated with the actions of the green pigment chlorophyll. Most of the time, the photosynthetic process uses water and releases the oxygen that we absolutely must have to stay alive. Oh yes, we need the food as well! it also helps us breathe. chyea homiiie

when photosynthesis takes plaze plants makes food and when plants makes food humans may harvest it or eat it! :D

Photosynthesis affects humans because it gives us air and helps us breathe. If there were no photosynthesis plants wouldn't grow and that wouldn't only mess up our ecosystem we would all die because we have no air. And then there would be no use for the sun. Without photosynthesis we would not all just be old and hungry we would be dead.

Plant is known for the only living organisms to produce their own food during photosynthesis. This process is very important because other animals who do not produce their own food feed on plants to get energy. Thus, plant is known as the producer and the animal that eats on plant is known as primary consumer. This energy is then transferred to the secondary consumer and so on. So basically photosynthesis is very important mainly because the food or energy it produce is one of the reason we survived.

Water+Carbon dioxide+sunlight+chlorophyll-->sugar(usually changed to starch)+oxygen(by-product) actually used Sun is needed for photosynthesis. Sunlight, Water and carbon dioxide, plus clearly a plant (or some bacteria including stromatolite cyanobacteria)

Humans are not primarily photosynthetic. Plants are. Plants use sunlight to synthesize chemicals that they need. They do not eat. Humans, in comparison, are omnivorous. We eat food to gain energy, so we do not need photosynthetic skin. However, we humans do synthesize vitamin D with the help of sunlight, so to that small extent we do engage in photosynthesis.

Photosynthesis is a process used by plants, which is done to make food (glucose/sugar).. Photosynthesis requires carbon dioxide (CO2), sunlight, and water (H2O) which would create glucose (sugar), and oxygen (O2).. A compound is a group of 2 or more different atoms combined chemically.. The compounds that is included for photosynthesis is carbon dioxide and water.

To complete photosynthesis, a plant needs light, water, and carbondioxide. After photosynthesis is complete, oxygen and glucose willbe present.

Humans don't undergo photosynthesis. However, it is still very important to us since it leads to the production of energy and oxygen.

water plays a part in the process that is Photosynthesis. However photosynthesis is not a producer of water.

In order for photosynthesis to take place in a plant, water, carbon dioxide, and solar energy is needed.

it may occur in microscopic organisms on or in humans, but humans ourselves do not perform photosynthesis. We are heterotrophic organisms.

well, first off, plants go through the process of photosynthesis. Humans eat plants. Or, humans eat animals (meat) which have either eaten plants themselves or eaten things that have eaten plants. Without food, we cannot get the necessacary amount of calories needed to survive. So, we depend on photosynthesis so that the things we eat will have somting to eat so that they stay alive.. I do not mid if you "borrow" my explination, though if you do, make sure you get what you're talking about.. Katie

Photosynthesis is when a plant converts the Carbon Dioxide we breathe out into oxygen, which we breathe in.

No; the human body does not have the necessary structures (such as chloroplasts) like plants do to trap the suns energy. The chemical reaction of photosynthesis requires a large amount of energy, which we do not have.

It can affect us humans because then they can get more PROPER medications that will actually work while on the other hand if plants were not healthy they would probably harm humans rather than "fix" them.

In photosynthesis plants take in carbon dioxide and release oxygen. This is beneficial to humans because as humans we need oxygen to survive and plant life is a major contributor of oxygen in our environment. Also, carbon dioxide can contribute to greenhouse effect and it is a by product of humans. Because the plants take them in they reduce the chance on global warming, also important for humans as if we ruin the world we have no where else to go.

If by "need for survival" you mean energy or ATP, yes; the chloroplast in plant cells are able to turn the light energy from the sun into energy. Most people know that a plant cell usescarbon dioxide but many don't realize that it uses oxygen to to create energy over 66% more efficiently. Back to your original question though, the needs of human cells are very different than that of a plant and I quite possibly misunderstood your question but it was the best I could think of.

Most animals inhale or metabolise oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide. Photosynthesis is the process whereby plant take in Carbon Dioxide and convert it to Oxygen and sugars (for the plant to grow). Thus photosynthesis converts Carbon Dioxide back into Oxygen so animals can continue breathing relatively good levels of Oxygen. secondly the glucose/ sugars which the plants produce during photosynthesis (for growth) are eaten by animals, which in turn are eaten by other animals and people - providing food.

Photosynthesis is necessary for all biological life on the Earth. It is system of retrieving energy from the sun in which one of it's end products is Oxygen. This oxygen is released into the atmosphere, in turn living creatures use this oxygen for bodily functions to sustain life.

Photosynthesis is important to human beings for many reasons. First it takes the Carbon Dioxide (from which we release into the air through respiration, driving cars, burning trees, etc.) and converts it to useable oxygen for us to breathe! Without it we would not have an adequate supply of oxygen on earth. It also is important because it causes plants to grow. Without plants growing we would have nothing to eat. No agriculture for us or the animals we eat.

if human's were capable of Photosynthesis, world hunger wouldn't be a problem, children in poor environments wouldn't be starving, and we wouldn't have to fight for food.

Yes. Photosynthetic organelles, i.e. chloroplasts, could be introduced to human cells and theoretically work. although there are a number of limitations; firstly the structure of human skin cells currently would not allow for sunlight to reach the chloroplasts humans would need to develop a layer of clear cells such as the epidermal cells found on plant leaves. Secondly, even if somehow human skin cells developed or were engineered to have these traits this would mean to procure enough light energy we'd have to go au natural if you get my drift ;) and finally even if we did manage to incorporate chloroplasts and other photosynthetic mechanisms into our cells the likely-hood is that the energy produced by photosynthesis would have little benefit and we would still need to consume a large quantity of calories to survive. The only animals which incorporate photosynthesis successfully, such as the Elysia chlorotica, seem to be largely stationary and so do not have the energy requirement that a human would. I guess the answer to your question is it can be done but there's not really much point to it :/

Photosynthesis is important to plants, animals, and humans! So no. It's most vital to plants.

Plants need to do photosynthesis for them to live and produce their own food... Without photosynthesis, plants will not exist in our global society and much more, the human race will not exist.

Chlorophyll Further answer Chlorophyll enables photosynthesis to happen and the plant needs carbon dioxide to convert to sugars in the process.

Sunlight begins the reaction between the carbon dioxide and the water to produce glucose, oxygen and water

Water comes from the roots of the plants. It specifically comesfrom the leaf veins. The leaf's veins get water by adhesion andcohesion from the roots from the soil.

Photosynthesis was invented by the algae about 2.4x10 9 years ago. It is the process by which H 2 O can be split intoH 2 and O 2. The H 2 can then be used by the plant to make morecomplex chemicals, organic compounds containing both H and O. Someexamples sugar, starch, lignin and so on.

RuBP There mmight be more but rubp is the enzyme used in the Calvin cycle

humans are depended on many processes. they are also depended on photosynthesis by many ways. these ways are:- 1) the end product of photosynthesis i.e. oxygen is required for inhalation by humans and animals for living. 2) too much carbon dioxide is harmful for the humans and other animals. the process of photosynthesis requires carbon dioxide to synthesis food which helps to reduce the rate of carbon dioxide in the air. 3) some animals are herbivores in nature. so if plants would not perform photosynthesis, the plants will die leading to starvation and death of animals.

Many human activities affect photosynthesis. For example, cloud seeding, you manipulate weather that benefit us humans but alter the process of photosynthesis causing the light reaction not to take place thus forbidding the dark reaction to also take place because the products of the light reaction is needed for the dark reaction to occur.

Oxygen which is used in all complex life (humans and animals) is produced through photosynthesis, for example in plants and algae.

Sunlight and CO2 Further answer Plants don't make photosynthesis. It's a process. It's like asking, how do you make breathing.

It is important because plants or plankton make food for themselves, humans or other animals eat those plantss, then humans usually eat the animals

oxygon it makes oxygon leaves need sunlight, carbon dioxide, chlorophyll, nutrients, and it also needs water. that is what the leaves need for photosynthesis!.

Oxygen is not needed in photosynthesis because it is produced by photosynthesis and is released from the plant into the atmosphere.

Absolutely not. Humans do not have photoreceptor pigments or the photosyntheticmachinery necessary to be autotrophs.

Humans themselves do not use photosynthesis, but because humans depend on plants, as well as other animals that eat plants, in order to live, no, humans could not live without photosynthesis. Unless plants had another way to make food for themselves, humans could not live without photosynthesis.

Because they need it to provide food. They have to fulfill two basic requirements. They are energy and carbon

process of protosynthesis, by which green plants and flowers, by assistance from the sun, releases oxygen for humans to breathe.

photosynthesis mostly takes place in the leafs. the water goes up the roots into the leafs and the sun and carbon dioxide absorbs in to the leafs.

Yes they do. Humans eat plants and animals to survive, animals eat plants, plants need photosynthesis to survive and if they didn't conduct photosynthesis then they would die and we wouldn't have the nutrition's to live.

Vascular plants can get the water they need from the ground through their roots. Simpler plant-like organisms like algae live in water. Epiphytes are plants that grow on other plants or even non-living objects. They get the water they need for photosynthesis from the atmosphere.

To get the hydrogen to form carbohydrates, plants break down waterinto hydrogen and oxygen. This also provides electrons that drivethe light-dependent reactions. The oxygen is released into theatmosphere.

No, it is a process in which plants use sunlight to manufacture their own food.No other living thing can do do this but plants.

we can produce photosynthesis when we eat plants or animals that also eat plants......................... XD _

it gives the humans air to brethe Humans feed on plant material or meat. Animals human eat feed on plants. So directly or indirectly human feed on plants. Plants depend on photosynthesis

you need photosyntheses ever day as if we didnt have this we wouldbe alive, trees take in theco2 and breaths out oxygen thatwe needso if we didnt have trees we would bascally die

Indirectly, yes. We humans eat plants; plants grow and generate energy by photosynthesis, so we need it. Or, we humans eat animals, and the animals eat plants, which use photosynthesis. At some level, our life depends on plants.
