Bobbi Kristina was never ever Mrs. Nick Gordon... at least that's what her father is claiming.

According to Bobby's attorney... "Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon." For once, the Houston family agrees with Bobby Brown... telling TMZ, Gordon and BK never officially wed.

Further, we're told by Houston family sources... there are no legal documents that would allow Gordon to get any of the fortune inherited -- if she passes.

The fake marriage revelation flies in the  Bobbi Kristina and Nick both made on camera back in early 2014.

Shortly after the alleged wedding... Bobby was to him, and he doubted it was true.

In this case, Daddy did know best.

The guy who plays Bobby Brown in the upcoming Whitney Houston biopic says the movie chronicling the singer's life and marriage is "a love story"... a love story presumably mixed with drugs, booze and allegations of domestic violence.

Arlen Escarpeta was leaving Coral Tree Cafe in L.A. and was clearly bummed that Whitney's family boycotted the recent premiere of "Whitney."

The actor says the entire cast and crew did their best to portray the late singer's life respectfully... and he hopes the family and Bobby will eventually watch it.

If it's anything like the Aaliyah movie... don't hold your breath.

Lindsay Lohan is lying when she says she had to roll Whitney Houston's body bag at the L.A. County Morgue... because Whitney was never in a body bag.

An official from the Coroner's Office tells TMZ... Whitney was NEVER in a body bag and no one in the probation program came in contact with Whitney's body.

Lindsay -- who was ordered by a judge to to teach her a lesson about drinking and driving -- she was singled out to roll Whitney's body bag.

Whitney died on Saturday, Feb 11, 2012. The autopsy was performed the next day and her body was gone by morning. No one from any court-ordered probation program came in contact with the body... according to the Coroner's official.

The official says Whitney was wrapped in plastic with a sheet cover the entire time she was at the morgue. In fact, she was taken out in plastic -- not a body bag -- from

Lindsay Lohan
had a run-in with Whitney Houston while performing her community service -- thing is, Whitney was dead.

Lindsay was working at the L.A. County Morgue in her probation violation case a few years back when she came in contact with Whitney's body... so she tells the to promote her upcoming London play. She mused, "It’s different for me than it would be for other people. Like, no one would really have to work at the morgue in LA and roll a body bag for Whitney Houston."

A quick check of the timeline shows Lindsay might not be making this one up. Houston passed away tragically on February 11, 2012... and from October 2011 through March 2012.

It must have been like gazing into her future...

Whitney Houston's family is PISSED that Lifetime is making a movie about her life... because they feel Whitney is too big for the small screen.

Lifetime made the announcement earlier this week... they're planning on a biopic for 2015, with Angela Bassett making her directorial debut.

According to our sources, the Houston estate is so upset they're considering a lawsuit to block production. We're told the family has already expressed displeasure to Lifetime and made it clear they weren't on board with a TV movie.

Sources close to the Houston family tell us the estate is planning its own movie for the big screen -- ala the "This is It'" Michael Jackson flick.

Pat Houston, wouldn't get specific with us but did say, "Whitney is certainly worthy of more than a television movie. If Whitney were here today, this would not be happening."

Lifetime had no comment.

Whitney Houston's personal belongings are being held hostage by the company that sold her New Jersey home... so claims her estate in a new lawsuit.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the Houston estate contracted CPMG Mendham, LLC to sell Houston's New Jersey home in December 2013, with the sale being completed in February 2014. They claim the deal was for the house only and not any of the belongings inside.

But according to the estate, CPMG has repeatedly denied them access to the home to remove Houston's things... which they say includes a baby grand piano, a jukebox, valuable paintings, home furnishings, and other items.

The estate says CPMG has gone so far as to have the locks on the house changed and the gates chained shut.

The estate is asking to get Houston's stuff immediately, plus receive damages.

Attempts to reach CPMG were unsuccessful.

When you think of Whitney Houston you think... "I Will Always Love You"  -- and now you always will, because it's engraved on her tombstone.

Whitney's grave at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey was finally given a headstone last week, after sitting vacant since her death in 2012.

The epitaph on the new heart-shaped marker reads: "Whitney E. Houston Aug. 9, 1963 -- Feb. 11 2012... THE VOICE... 'I Will Always Love You'."

Interestingly, while Whitney made "I Will Always Love You" famous in "The Bodyguard" -- it was written, and originally performed, by Dolly Parton.

If you're thinking they should've gone with lyrics from "Greatest Love of All"... "Saving photos All My Love for You"... or "I'm Every Woman" -- yeah, she didn't write those either.

Whitney is buried next to her father....

Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown got evicted and proceeded to draft one of the nastiest farewell letters ever -- which we now proudly bring to life.

Bitch mode... ON!

Cops are now involved in Bobbi Kristina's nasty feud with her former apartment neighbor -- TMZ has learned the guy on the receiving end of BK's bitchy tell-off letter has filed a police report.

We've learned... after Josh Morse discovered a hate letter on his door yesterday, calling him and his wife a "miserable couple... sht at the bottom of our shoe"... he went straight to the Alpharetta Police Department in Alpharetta, GA.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ... Josh wanted the incident documented "due to the ongoing issues he has been having with the couple."

As we previously reported, Morse and his wife had filed more than 10 noise complaints against Bobbi and her BF Nick Gordon -- claiming they were the neighbors from hell.

BK responded with a letter blasting the couple as horrible people who were just jealous of BK's life.

We're told... BK and NG are NOT being investigated for the incident because there are no allegations of criminal acts.

BK and NG have been evicted from the apartment -- and we're told they've already moved out of the premises.

Bobbi Kristina Brown -- Whitney Houston's daughter -- left a handwritten letter for her neighbors after she was evicted from her Georgia apartment... AND IT'S NASTY!!!

The note reads...

You are sht at the bottom of our shoe.

Thank You for making a hard year harder.

You are a miserable couple and always will be.

You were honored to have us living above you and you couldn't stand such a young beautiful couple far more successful than you ever will be.

I pray your misery doesn't rub off on your innocent little baby."

The neighbor who got the note was Joshua Morse -- who told he and his wife had filed at least 10 noise complaints against Bobbi Kristina because she was an absolute nightmare of a neighbor.

Morse says BK has officially moved out of the complex.

Whitney Houston's brother and sister-in-law arrived in Los Angeles yesterday to attend Clive Davis' big pre-Grammy bash... a bash Whitney's mom called "obscene."

Whitney's mother Cissy slammed Davis' invite, saying, "I got an invitation to the party, which is the most obscene thing. I don't know why they would want me to come to the party in which she died, you know? I guess maybe he just sent me a copy for remembrance sake."

Whitney's brother Gary -- along with his wife Pat (who was also Houston's manager) -- begged to differ and flew into LAX Saturday, telling us they were going to "support Clive."

Houston was found dead in her hotel room this time last year, just hours before Davis' annual party just floors below.
